An intimate portrait of the life of Lauren Cuthbertson, star from the Royal Ballet and one of the greatest dancers' gracing the stage. Live her life as she rises to the pinnacle of the dancing world triumphantly dealing with the heartbreak of debilitating illness and twisted muscles to dance at Covent Garden. Lauren will be supported by future stars from the Royal Ballet School and interviewed on stage as we see clips, photos and films of her dancing supported by dance by local dance schools. This evening is set to dazzle and inform ballet fans. Please note that Lauren is not dancing in this show.

Enjoy a walk around the beautiful coastline from Ouaisne to St Brelade's Bay on Jersey's South coast guided by a member of the de Cateret family exploring Jersey's wartime fortifications, the beautiful countryside and the history of the are in the war while being serenaded by violinist Harriet Mackenzie, guitarist Morgan Szymanski and the Liberation Vocal Consort.
Meet your guide historian Ned Malet de Carteret in the Smuggler's Inn by Ouaisne Car Park. There are plenty of places to refresh the thirsty or hungry walker before the evening concert including cakes and tea served in St Brelade' Church Hall.
The concert commences at 6pm and features the same musicians performing music from Vivaldi's Guitar Concerto to the Blue Bird by Stanford and the Silver Swan by Gibbons. The event ends around 8pm.

An evening of gems from the great Italian composers of the 17th and 18th centuries. Listen to Vivaldi's Four Seasons for violin and orchestra - possibly the most famous piece of classical music ever written and other beautiful and dramatic music including Pergolesi's Stabat Mater. The evening will be directed by the acclaimed Russian soloist Alexander Sitkovetsky and Anna Smith from the BBC Symphony Orchestra.
Pergolesi's Stabat Mater is one of the great choral works and has some ravishing music. The soloists include counter-tenor Lawrence Zazzo widely regarded as one of the finest singers presently gracing the stage. The programme commences with Geminiani's "La Follia" Concerto Grosso, a thrilling showpiece with music taken from one of Corelli's most famous works.
There will be a pre-concert event with the VCJ Sinfonia looking at the Ten Pieces at 7pm.
